Summertime Memories
Saint Jerome, May 17, 2021. Two artworks by Denise Buisman Pilger will be part of ‘Summertime Memories’ an online group exhibition organized by Kefi Art Gallery that will run from may 26 - July 21, 2021.
Note from Curator:
What is your favorite childhood summertime memory?
As a kid, summertime was all about play. We would ride our bikes, climb a tree, go on a nature walk, or go swimming in the lake. As we grow older our memories stay with us as special pieces of time you’ve stored for yourself to take out whenever you’re feeling sentimental, or just want to recall something good.
“Summertime Memories” group exhibition will present artworks and artists' stories and memories of what it was like growing up during the summer. Do you get nostalgic for the good old days? Our goal is to inspire the viewers to recall their favorite summer memory or family traditions.
